Labs work is acceptable only when bounded by provenance, review gates, audit logging and clear role ownership. The point is not to automate legal judgement away, but to improve traceability, throughput and evidence quality where repetitive work creates operational drag.
Each use case therefore needs a named owner, a defined scope, a maturity label and a visible stop/go rule. Surfaces that do not meet that threshold remain internal or project-bound.
Experimental use cases still need a concrete operating environment.
